The score is plain Euclidean distance: for each of the 25 dimensions, take the difference between your value and the population's, square it, sum the 25 squares and take the square root. Every population in the panel is scored that way and the list is sorted, closest first. There is no weighting and nothing fitted — the same input always gives the same ranking.
